A careful asset enhancement of Singapore’s iconic arcade of 63 preserved shop houses, SPARK’s scope of works in Bugis Junction included a complete review of the retail planning and façade design of the internal streets. The facades were modified to create better visual connections between the retail and F+B areas with the atrium, enlivening the ambience of the internal street whilst encouraging the movement of people from the ground floor to the destination restaurants at levels 2 and 3.
